At the April 30, 2024, General Meeting, GPPCA leaders proposed new By-Laws and Articles of Incorporation.
By-Laws govern the day-to-day operations of the Association. Articles of Incorporation are legally binding rules that state how the Association will fulfill its role as a not-for-profit civic organization in the State of Florida.
