April's general meeting will include:

• GPPCA updates - The Board will present its recommendations for amending the GPPCA Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation to update those documents, address some wording and grammar issues and bring the documents into conformity with present day practice.  We will be presenting drafts of the proposed amendments of the Articles and Bylaws, with a brief announcement and distribution of some samples.  The major presentation will be at the May meeting where we will give greater information and answer questions before asking the Members to vote.
