The Council of Neighborhood Associations (CONA) is a consortium of civic associations from the entire city of Saint Petersburg.  The Greater Pinellas Point Civic Association (GPPCA) is an active member of CONA. GPPCA Vice President Stephen Waters is the GPPCA liaison to CONA.

Active members of the GPPCA are welcome to attend CONA general meetings which are held the third Wednesday of each month at the Sunshine Center, 330 5th Street North,  Saint Petersburg.  As such, active members are invited to attend CONA's city-wide City Council candidate forum as shown below.
