Good afternoon.   It is unfortunate that I have to inform you that the Contractor administering the Toilet Rebate Program has canceled their contract with the City and other governments throughout the nation.    Since it is necessary to place the contract out for bid to potential vendors, we can no longer take applications for the Program. We simply do not have a mechanism to receive and process applications as well as perform other necessary processes, such as those mandated by our grant funder.  Promotion of the Program has been removed from the City website.   I foresee re-starting the Program in the beginning of August. Please provide this information to customers inquiring about the Program.   As always, I am open for questions and comments.
