MOTION: At the GPPCA Board of Directors Meeting of July 3, 2007 a motion was made by Sheldon Schwartz and seconded by Ed Good to amend Article 2, Section 3 of our by-laws changing our membership year from September 1 through August 31 of each year to a calendar year effective with the year beginning January 1, 2008.
The Board of Directors voted unanimously to propose this amendment to the membership. The current membership year would extend four months through December 31, 2007.
